Payments
Children picked up after 4:45 pm/5:30 p.m. will be charged $1.00 per minute that a parent is late.
Nutritionally balanced meals are served at no additional cost
at the scheduled times:
***Children 12 months and younger must bring formula or breast-milk***
***Baby food will be provided for children four-months and older***
Contract: A "Provider-Parent Agreement" will be drawn up between the two parties and fees written down before the child is admitted to day care.
The following guidelines for payment will be followed:
1. Payment must be paid on Monday of every week (for those choosing to pay weekly/biweekly).
Payment must be paid on the 1st of the month (for those choosing to pay monthly).
(There is a $10.00 late fee for every day a payment is late- up to three days)
2. Advance payment for the first two weeks of child care will hold an opening for two weeks, with agreed upon starting date and time.
The advance pay of two weeks will go towards your child's last two week of care if proper notice is given.
(It will not be refunded if you fail to start on the agreed date and time.)
5. The parent-provider contract may be terminated at my discretion, with two weeks’ notice, if I judge that continuation of care for the child is detrimental to the child or to the day care program.
6. There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
